I was very flattered to be interviewed for a feature story in a local community-based magazine, red oak now, for their march issue. The story, written by the editor, Diana claussen, includes pictures taken while fishing in 2008. I don't know what pictures they chose for the story, but hopefully they will show me with some of the big bass I caught last year. the magazine will be here at the end of February and I will get permission to either reprint or link the article. The photos are already mine, so I can print them on bassfancy after I find out which ones they used.

Rod and I will be fishing the Bass Champs Tournament on Lake Richland Chambers on February 14, 2009. we will be pre-fishing on February 5. this tournament is a five-fish tournament with a 14 inch minimum. It is just one month to the official start of our fishing season and I couldn't be more excited!

I have been asked to appear as a wbt pro angler in the lifetime member lounge on all three days, February 20-22, 2009. I will be conducting a mini game show with loads of giveaways, from lake fork trophy lures and lake fork marina and motel. Included are terrific baits and other products, including fishing reels! I will be signing autographs and giving pictures and cards with sponsor information good for discounts at sponsor businesses. Join me for a fun time with terrific prizes. Hope to see everyone there!
