About Blogs

This page currently contains both Terri’s Tournament Trail (WBT) blog, known as Terri’s Comments, and Rod’s (The Bass Caddy) Rants.  Rod’s page is the Bass Caddy Page, also known as Bass Caddy Central.  Currently, the Bass Caddy Page only contains the document entitled Bass Caddy Tourney, which is being currently updated with only minor changes.  This document is also being sent to current WBT Anglers for distribution to their individual Bass Caddies.  As the website develops, Terri’s Tournament Trail blog will become a separate blog.  If you want to read either blog separately, just click on Rod’s Rants or Terri’s Comments on the right and you may read them separately until the separate blog is printed.  You may contact either Rod or Terri by using the Ask Dr. Terri button, or emailing Terri@bassfancy.com or Rod@bassfancy.com.  When the Bass Caddy Page is finished, it will contain not only the revised rules for the proposed tournament, but pictures, stories, and blogs of interest to all bass caddies.  Please excuse any errors or problems with the website while we are in the construction phase.

Update 2/10/09

This blog has been updated to contain only the Bass Caddy Blog, by Rod Baker, husband of Dr. Terri Elkins. Rod is a professional bass caddy and the author of the Bass Caddy Page. All blogs on this site are currently Rod’s Rants. Terri Talks is the current BassFancy blog of Dr. Terri Elkins. To view that blog, click the Terri Talks button. Please feel free to comment on any of the blogs, as we enjoy your comments. Be aware, though, that any comment on Rod’s Rants (the Bass Caddy Blog) will only encourage him and may serve as fodder for future blog entries by him, otherwise known to the general public as rants.  You may see Terri’s Comments occasionally, as she sometimes feels that, as the “Adult on the Site” she needs to comment to either clarify an issue or calm down or soothe ruffled readers.

Hope you enjoy the site. Thanks for coming and invite your friends to read. The whole idea is to spread the word about how fun women’s bass fishing and the WBT (Women’s Bassmasters Tour) is and to get more people involved, men and women.

Sincerely, Dr. Terri Elkins, M.D. “The Fishing Doc”
